Who doesn’t like stuffed peppers? Who would like my Nonna’s famous Italian stuffed pepper?
This dish is one my nonna taught me and I wanted to bring this to my meal prep. It is a portion of either red, yellow or orange pepper made with lean ground beef, rice and my Nonna’s secret tomato sauce topped with fresh, grated mozzarella cheese.
