We substitute regular pasta noodles with zoodles which are Zucchini and Butternut Squash spiralled, slashing the calories and carbs and add tons of vitamins to this dish. We add in our herby tomato pesto sauce and let the spiralized zucchini and squash soak up that delicious flavour that makes it hearty and make you feel full without the guilt.
